    Damage caused by deer, bears, cattle, fire, floods, and other animals or natural disasters is excluded from our standard lifetime warranty. However, this type of damage is covered for cameras on the Outfitter plan. Outfitter plan must be active for the 120 days immediately prior to your claim.

    When we launch our Y3 camera, you will have the option to upgrade for free (just pay for shipping). Outfitter plan must be active for the 120 days immediately prior.
  • Theft replacement guarantee
    If your camera gets stolen, we'll replace it for 50% off. Outfitter plan must be active for the 120 days immediately prior to your claim.
  • Free replacement batteries for life
    Unlike our cameras, lithium ion batteries don't last forever, and will likely lose efficiency over the years. If this happens, we'll ship replacements at no cost. Outfitter plan must be active for the 365 days immediately prior.
  • Dedicated account manager
    Our support team is here for everyone. But in addition, outfitter customers can choose to have a dedicated account manager who will help onboard their cameras, become familiar with their situation, and provide more customized and expedited troubleshooting, engineering, etc.
For reference, our SD pics are 1280x720, 4x clearer than most competitors "SD" pics. For each trigger, Y2 sends SD pics (and videos if enabled). Y2 saves HD versions onto the camera and can upload these HD versions upon request via your Command Center app. We don't charge a fee for uploading HD pics and videos, but they do count against your data allotment. The camera has a functional limit of approximately 80 HD pic and video requests per day.
